Are you planning to dress up for Halloween? How long do you typically plan your costume? Do you keep it a secret?

I usually like to dress up in a crazy, new, and original costume. Sometimes I make 'em myself! ^_^ This year I'm gonna go as somebody from the late 1700's, wig and all! :)

If you broke a mirror, would you worry about bad luck even if you're not superstitious? Would you walk under a ladder or cross a black cat's path on a dare? Is there anything you're superstitious about?

View 968 Answers

It depends, since I am a fan of Supernatural (tv show) then I have to say, eveytime I hear a noise or see something ""I think Oh no! DEMON!!! (Where's the Holy Water?) But I don't believe in stuff like If you break a mirror that's bad!"or "Don't let a black cat cross your pat!"(I have one, his name Cas!)

Puppy!

Part one: Puppy!

After the Apocalypse ends they move into the suburbs. Dean and Cas in one house, Sam across the street. Dean gets a job as a mechanic, Sam became a teacher at the University, he wanted to study but them got married to a Stacy Morton, nine months later and... POOF! He was a dad. Two adorable twins. Now both eight years old and growing fast.  Cas becomes the religion and Language Arts  teacher at the elementary school (he creates some certificates so they hire him). He gets to teach at the same school that Sam's twins go to. Their house is wooden, painted yellow with white brims. It's a big two story house with a beautiful front yard and a big backyard. Sam's looks the same, just in blue. And his garden has a trampoline and a swimming pool. for the kids, Mary and John. For a long time things go pretty good. Until Cas seems slightly depressed.

"What's wrong Cas? I mean, you've been like, pouty all week." Dean says, his mouth full of Cheerios. Cas sighes, he didn't know if he should tell Dean.

"Nothing," he lies, "Just... the usual". Dean shrugs and finishes his breakfast. The truth was, Cas would get home early from work, so he would be at home alone, and on the weekends he was also alone. Sometimes he would visit Sam, but he wasn't always there. Not just that, even when Dean was there it was always just them, no one else. Bobby lived pretty far, Jo was always hunting, Ellen was hundreds of miles away, and Sam was just plain busy. At first Cas started considering in getting children. But after some serious studying from a 5th grader's science book he borrowed from school, he found that it was nearly impossible. After looking for adoption, which he found very trouble some, and waiting periods that last for over 6 months, he gave up hope.
Castiel put down his half eaten toast and picks up the newspaper. He flips through a couple times, then stops when he sees an advertisement that says "Man's best friend.". Cas pauses to read it. "Man's best friend" dog pound, puppies and dogs of all ages and sizes. Come and get one today! Castiel's face lit up. Man's best friend? Get one today? That sounded pretty damn good to him. He writes down their address and gets up to leave.

"Where are you goin'? School doesn't start 'til 8:30. And it's only seven." Dean says, spitting out cereal bits everywhere, for he has still hasn't learned not to talk with his mouth full.

"I have to call the school" he calls back from the living room. Dean shrugs again and stuffs his mouth with even more cereal. Castiel picks up the phone and dials the schools number. The phone rings once. Twice, a third time.

"Hello, this is the Carlson elementary school, how may we help you?"

"Sharon, it's me. Cas Winchester. Um... I can't come today." Castiel said quietly so Dean wouldn't hear. He heard the secretary sigh on the other end.

"Okay, don't worry, but will you be able to come tomorrow?"

"Yes."

"Okay, great. I'll call a sub to get your place filled in. Thanks for calling, bye!"

Castiel thanked her and put down the phone. He walked back into the kitchen. He sat down and started fidgeting and twiddling his thumbs. Dean was too busy eating to notice though. An hour later Dean leaves for work in the impala and Cas says that he's going to work in his car, a Honda Civic, so Dean leaves without him. Once Cas makes sure Dean's out of sight, he looks at the address again and drives off.

~*~*~

"Yeah, o' course we have dogs! We got pure breeds, mixes, whatever you want." the guy at the reception said with a heavy texan accent. The man wore overalls and a green t-shirt underneath. He had the beginnings of a beard and smelled like alcohol. Cas nodded, pleased.

"I'd like something, energetic. And really happy." Castiel said. The guy nodded and smiled. He took him to the kennels. The dogs started barking like crazy at Cas. Cas looked at them, some were sleeping, others barking, some just staring and others ignoring them. The man led him to the end of the kennel where a long haired white shepherd, who had one ear perked up straight, and the other drooping down, was playing with a yellow ball while it's roommates barked away.

"See anything you like?" the man yelled over the noise made by the dogs. Castiel nodded and pointed to the little white dog playing with the ball. The man looked shocked.

"You sure?" he asked. Cas nodded. The man seemed pleased to get rid of the dog. The man takes out the puppy and puts it on a leash. Then they walk back to the reception where Cas has to fill out some papers.

"What do you want to name it?" the man asks while staring at the papers on front of him.

"I'm not sure yet. I want to ask De- my partner." Cas says while signing his name. After the paperwork is done he carries the very excited puppy back to the car. He places the puppy in the back eat and drives off to PetSmart. During the drive the puppy jumped back and forth, from shotgun to the back seat again. When Castiel punished it and told it not to jump around the Puppy started chewing the seat. Finally he arrived at PetSmart. He put the puppy on the leash again and took it inside. He picked out a dog house, dog bed, a ball, some chewing toys, a frisbee, a leash and collar, all in the same color; purple (the only color available except for pink). Then he got some dog food and some bowls, and a manual on how to train puppies. Then they left the store. Before going home he decides to go to the park. He unpacks the frisbee and ties the puppy to the leash. Then they enter the park. Castiel started walking camly towards the large pond, then he was lurched forward, then thrown to the ground. He stood up grumbling and saw the puppy chasing pigeons and ducks. Cas ran forward.

"No! Puppy! Stop it! Hey! Come back here!" He yelled. The puppy saw him running towards it, and thought it was time to play. The puppy jumped and skampered around, Cas at his tail. The whole time it barked and teased, always letting Cas get close to him then taking off. Then when it got uninterested, it took off and tried taking a family's lunch.

"No! Don't do that! Bad puppy!" Cas scolded. He grabbed it and pulled it away from their lunch. "I am so sorry, please forgive me."

Then he held it tight in his arms and started back off towards the car. They arrived at the house at 5:15. Just one hour before Dean would come home. He grabbed the puppy and put it in the living room. He unloaded all the stuff and closed the front door behind him. Then he went to the living room. The puppy was destroying the couch, and there was a large puddle of yellow smelly liquid on the floor.

"Oh no." Cas said. Dean was gonna be so pissed.

Hmmm... Let's see... Oh! I know! My deaf dog Jack!!!

Hi!

So I'm just gonna use this first post to introduce myself to all of you who read my journal.

Hi! I'm black_angel465. You can call me that or whatever you want to call me (but stay nice please!), because I won't tell you my real name. I like my privacy.

But I will tell you some things about me: I'm a girl from L.A. (California) but right now I'm living in Spain, I like writing, sketching, I love my dog (Jack, a 2 year old deaf, which is annoying, Border Collie), and I do martial arts.

I have been reading fan-fiction (mostly Supernatural) for like 3 months now, but I haven't started writing it yet, I'm a bit of a self critic so...

Well, that's pretty much it. I'll just tell you what I wanna do with this journal, and then it's the end of my first official public post! So I basically want to have a place where I can put down any fic that I write. Also I want to be able to tell other people about great stories that I read, so they can read them too. And then maybe, if something really interesting happens to me in my life, I'll write about that too!
